Thank you for shopping with Doctor Grow.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your item(s), we're more than happy to help you.


Returns are welcome and the buyer has 30 days to return the item(s), in its original packaging and order, from the date of receival. However, if the item is ordered by mistake or is unwanted, then the return postage must be paid for by the buyer. Once the item(s) arrive back at Doctor Grow Ltd, the buyer will be refunded, minus our postage costs.

If the item(s) are damaged or faulty upon receival or if the wrong item is sent to the buyer, we will immediately try to sort out the situation. If the item(s) needs to be returned, Dr Grow will either credit return postage or arrange a collection.


Once Doctor Grow receives the item(s), the buyer will be notified. The item(s) will then be inspected and the buyer will be notified of the final status of the return, being either a full refund or the item(s) being returned to the buyer. The buyer will receive the credit within 7 working days, however, this may take less or more time depending on the card issuer's policies.

Delivery Policy:

We use RoyalMail and DPD to deliver our goods. All orders under 2kg will be shipped via RoyalMail.

All orders over 2kg will be shipped via DPD Next Day.

All orders are delivered for free in the UK via RoyalMail 1st class or DPD 24H depending on the weight. This unfortunately doesn't include Highlands and Islands, please contact us to purchase if you are based in these areas.

UK shipping only at the moment, we are awaiting quotes for overseas delivery.

Dispatch Times:

All orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day where possible. Otherwise they will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery instructions:

If delivery instructions are left in the order note section, our couriers do not accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been left in the desired "safe place". So please make sure it is a safe place that won't allow the parcel to be stolen or damaged.
